1. Do you sell lingerie for under my dress?

Lingerie is very important if you wear a wedding or party dress, but it is just as important if you wear your daily outfits that your lingerie fits just right and that it emphasizes those parts of your body that you are really proud of (and what is maybe even more important: that it hides cellulite, love handles and flubby tummies). That is why Assepoester Feestkleding sells all kinds of lingerie for under your dress. In need of a larger cup size? We have the right bra for you. This also comes in handy: we have special pads in our collection which you can put in your bra for that extra bit of padding!

As an extra service Assepoester shoes can be painted in any colour you like. That way it should never be a problem to find matching shoes in that special colour.

6. Do you sell shoes to match my wedding or formal evening dress?

Yes, you can also buy shoes at our store, whether you are looking for Máxima and Mabel shoes (yes, we really sell those!) or a great Gucci-, Prada- or Manolo Blahnik lookalike.

18. Do you rent dresses?

Because we feel that renting a wedding dress or formal evening dress costs about as much as buying one, we do not rent dresses. Our collection has low starting prices and in and there are many additional advantages to buying a dress.

19. What if I would like to have my dress mended? Dou you guys do that as well?

Great for us ánd great for you: Assepoester Feestkleding has its own atelier where all kinds of alterations can be made to your dress.

20. I need a dress for a festive occasion and I am pregnant. Can I find my outfit at Assepoester's?

But of course: pregnant party girls can also shop for their outfit at Assepoester's. But let's be honest. We do not have heaps of clothing for pregnant women. What we do have is an experienced staff that can help you find a dress that suits you perfectly in this stage of your life. And our tailor can alter your dress for you on the points that need it and create more room for your breasts or tummy. Now, isn't that handy!

21. I have Dutch size 34. Is Assepoester the right place for me?

There is a growing demand for dresses in Dutch sizes 34/36. In general, Assepoester dresses start at Dutch size 36. However, many dresses turn out to be smaller than their size indicates and in addition to this, Assepoester has its own atelier where your dress can be altered so that it fits you perfectly. Handy.

23. I am getting marries and I am pregnant. Do you have a wedding dress that fiots me?

Great, congrats! To answer your question: if you have a tummy with a baby inside you can also shop for a wedding dress or formal evening dress at Assepoester's. But let's be honest. We do not have heaps of clothing for pregnant women. What we do have is an experienced staff that can help you find a dress that suits you perfectly in this stage of your life. In all kinds of different colours, sizes and styles. In short: we cater to everyone's taste. 27. Do you sell Pronovias?

Have you seen a Pronovias dress that you just got to have? Chances of it hanging in our store are really big. Pronovias dresses will certainly appeal to romantic brides. The type of bride that has dreamt of a fairy tale wedding since she was a child. Once a year only, Pronovias goes over the top with a ginormous fashion show during which dozens of models tramp up and down the catwalk. This gives their collection a true haute couture feel. There is a good reason why the world renowned designer Elie Saab (known for, amongst others, the Halle Berry dress) as well as Valentino have contributed to this label for years! The 2007 collection contains the great dresses that were shown on the catwalk, amongst others by our Dutch pride and glory: the model Rianne ten Haken. A large dose of glamour, femininity and romance is what sums up this collection best. Of course, a large part of the collection is for sale at Assepoester Feestkleding. At a regular basis we have our dresses died in various trendy colours. Think for instance of beautiful fuchsia pink trendy black or daring red. 28. Do you sell Cymbeline?

Do we sell Cymbeline? Mais oui! Assepoester Feestkleding has a complete collection of the French brand in store. Do you have a specific dress in mind? Chances that we have it in store are big. The 2007 collection of Cymbeline has the romantic name 'Paris in Love'. It contains dresses that would fit right in in a picture of the beatiful streets of Paris (think of: the last two episodes of Sex and the City, an American Girl in Paris). Even the biggest hater of wedding dresses (does that person really exist anyway?) will want to get hitched instantly. The dresses of Cymbeline are brazen, feminine, elegant, young & hip and above all: really special. Our favorites: the black gown with the chequered bodice (very Vivienne Westwood), the little white dress with bow (reminds us of a design by Percy Irausquin) and the beatiful red dresses. As an addition to the 2007 collection, Cymbeline offers cute stickers that you could, for example, stick on your shoulder, above your cleavage or on your neck. The sensual French texts on these stickers, such as 'Paris in Love', 'Amour', 'Make Love' and 'Oui' will help ypu tempt your groom in no time. You can order the stickers at Assepoester. Why, we sell many coloured dresses. Whether you are looking for a black, red, purple or champagne dress: Assepoester has it. Even in a wide variety of different models.

32. Do you sell Linea Raffaelli?

Ah, the Armani among the wedding dresses! Yes, Assepoester Feestkleding also sells Linea Raffelli. What is more: we are the largest retail point for this brand in the Netherlands for Raffaelli fashion. You will therefore find a large Linea Raffeli collection at Assepoester's. The gowns and pantsuits of Linea Raffaelli are not your average clothing. That is mainly due to the choice of fabrics, the models and their brazen but feminine look. Combined with beatiful exclusive colours, this is a match made in heaven. For 2007, Raffaelli provided Assepoester with a chique, feminine collection. If you are definitely not looking for a huge Sissy gown, but just for something beautiful, you will definitely find something to your liking in the Linea Raffaelli collection at Assepoester. 33. What does the model displayed cost?

All models of wedding dresses, formal evening dresses and evening dresses displayed on the site of Assepoester are representative of the dresses (as well as the pantsuits!) we sell in our store. The prices may vary, but for less than two hundred euro you could be the proud owner of a (formal) evening dress. The prices of wedding dresses vary greatly. For instance, we sell gowns from € 699.95 onwards up to an amount of € 2399.95. Tops, skirts and short skirts are available from € 89,95. The evening wear collection covers all price ranges as well. from € 169,95 to € 2599,95. In addition, Assepoester always has a collection 'labels for less': dresses that are sold for a nice price. In short: whether you have a large or a tight budget, at Assepoester you will always find the dress that is totally you!

34. Are the dresses that I can see on the site really for sale?

Yes, all dresses you see are actually for sale. However, we do find it important to grant our clients exclusive bridal fashion and evening wear. That is the reason why we do not buy six hundred similar dresses, but only just a few. That way you will not encounter anyone wearing the same dress on the gala you are attending. Or worse: getting married in the same gown as your neighbour. It could happen that you see a gown in the picture that has just been sold out. But we have a large collection different dresses in a similar style and dresses that may look very similar. We do not have a brochure, but feel free to visit our site at your lesiure. On it you will find enough pictures to give you an impression of our collection.

37. Does the Assepoester collection change often?

The Assepoester Feestkleding collection changes very fast. We only ever buy a few dresses of the same model. We do that because we like for our clothing to be exclusive: it is of course not done to go to the hippest party of the year in the same little black dress as ten others! So that's the reason. And don't forget: what we sell is fashion and you cannot always keep a lot of that in store. Karl Lagerfeld does not do so either! But do not fear. If someone has just run of with your ideal dress: we always have dresses in a similar style in our collection.

38. I would like to buy an outfit that I can wear more often than just at one special occasion. Do you have something like that?

It feels like such a waste, doesn''t it? You buy this really great dress for a wedding or a party and after that the opportunity to dust of your gown and put it on again, never arises. We can, therefore imagine that you are looking for a dress or outfit that you could wear more often. That is why Assepoester has a large collection of outfits that you can still wear after that party or after that wedding. We also sell dresses that consist of two different parts, so that you can change the top or the skirt, if you like. Handy!

Why not? More and more women choose to give the classic white wedding dress a wide berth and get married in a pantsuit. Our collection contains gorgeous feminine pantsuits, made by, for instance, Linea Raffaelli. On your wedding day you should be dressed just the way you like it, not the way other people expect you to be dressed!

41. I need a dress quite fast, but I don't want any fuss. Can you help me out?

Yes: Assepoester understands like no other that the exitement of picking out a new dress starts to fade fast if you have to do it just about every week, because of your job, for instance. That is why we feel it should be possible to buy a dress without any fuss. No fitting sessions that last for hours and no stress, just a fast service and a quick exit from our store. Luckily, this is no problem at all, so just come to Assepoester for your dress without any fuss.

42. It is important to me that my dress is exclusive. Can I find those kind of dresses at Assepoester's?

Assepoester is the top shop in the field of exclusive fashion. Many shops that offer bridal fashion and party clothing use a kind of mail order numbering system in which each dress is assigned its own number and each dress is always available. But if you don't want to get married in the same dress as the rest of the country and if you don't want to wear a design that was first sold three years ago, that kind of system does not work for you. Assepoester never buys many dresses of the same model, however we do buy loads of very different dresses. That way we can ensure that the dress you buy at our store is very exclusive.

Definitely! Businesswomen or women that often have to make representative appearances can certainly pay Assepoester a visit on a regular basis. Because our collection changes so often, our store is always filled with new clothes for you. We also understand that it is not alway fun to have to shop for representative outfits on such a regular basis. Therefore we will help you fast and without stress! 45. Do you sell costumes (for dressing up)?

No, unfortunately not. Although the term 'feestkleding' (party clothing) may make you think of frog costumes and pirate outfits, Assepoester Feestkleding does not sell clothing fot for carnival, or a dressing-up party. Unless... you would like to dress up as Cinderella and you pay us a visit to find a really really astonnishing dress to look the part.

Assepoester sells two-piece evening dresses, formal evening dresses and wedding dresses. This means that you can put together your own dress from all kinds of different tops and skirts. We also sell two-piece outfits of Linea Raffaelli, but these belong together as a set.
